Joining the La Cienega restaurant row in Los Angeles, Hutchinson resides in the once Spanish Kitchen. Many have said that this is a difficult venue to keep a thriving restaurant in place. I believe Hutchinson will defeat that theory, not just because of their compelling owner history, beautiful interiors that offer 150 guests the chance to try the Hopper Traditions, or the two large patio spaces perfect for any sort of celebration, but because it is the one restaurant on La Cienega Blvd in Los Angeles that has a kick of heat and sensational flavors to every dish. This Indonesian Steakhouse offers a menu filled with family recipes passed down over generations, which Chef James Trees learned with owners Justin and Ian Hopper from the family directly. I have been back to Hutchinson 4 times since it opened in September. Below are just a few of the amazing dishes I recommend while visiting Hutchinson.
