We have previously mentioned the re-haul of the Beverly Center in West Hollywood, and how it is not only a fashion destination, but perhaps a foodie haven. Well Easy’s Diner did it right. Too put it softly, the diner’s location and concept make it easy for its’ consumers to shop, snack, and bounce!

Jeremy Fall, Easy’s Diner creator and CEO, creates a destination for the realistic shopper who visits the new center. Of course sitting down and enjoying the dining experience is essential, however, dining on the go is an improvement in your wardrobe redo schedule. Thus, Easy’s does it!

Jeremy Fall, and business partner Henry Costa of J. Fall Group will open Easy’s, a modern diner concept inside Beverly Center in Los Angeles. Easy’s, will offer an expanded food, drink, and cocktail menu for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Located on the Sixth Floor Main Entrance, the 20-seat counter space will also feature a 90-seat adjacent “patio” with a wide view of the city.Alongside Easy’s signature burger, the menu will offer elevated versions of old-school diner fare, from entrees, to classic salads, to sandwiches, as well as all-day breakfast dishes. Marquee menu items will include Duck Parmesan and Fried Chicken N’ Funnel Cake. Easy’s will offer a full cocktail menu featuring playful takes on classics like a Kimchi-Five Spice Bloody Mary, a Cold Fashioned (cold brew Old Fashioned) and Kool Aid & rum cocktail on tap. Easy’s will also provide vintage “Food Porn View-Masters®” on each table, showcasing indulgent food images from the menu.

Jeremy Fall made his professional debut at the age of 16 in 2006 as the marketing and promotions manager of the Avalon in Hollywood, producing both large- and small-scale events. In July 2014, Fall branched out on his own and launched Genesis, a pop-up concept that bridged the gap between bar and nightclub, hidden inside a vintage attic in Hollywood. Fall successfully transitioned from nightlife to food and beverage with his first restaurant, Nighthawk: Breakfast Bar, serving cocktails and elevated breakfast fare for dinner. Fall’s knack for coming up with innovative ways to build original concepts led to the creation of his second culinary endeavor, Tinfoil, a modern take on the bodega consisting of a liquor store in the front with a secret “speakeasy” deli in the back. Fall’s restaurants also include Nighthawk: AM, an all-day breakfast concept in Chicago with a second location in Los Angeles.

FCBLT

Easy’s Opening Night brought all the glitz and glamour to their opening night, celeb guests in attendance were made by Miguel, Kristina Schulman, Nazanin Mandi, Drew Seeley, Amy Paffrath, and Chelsea Kane. Miguel supported his friend and brought his wife, Nazanin Mandi. They noshed on fries, and French toast. Alongside, Kristina Schulman of the Bachelor dove into an Easy’s burger and chocolate milkshake. Married could and going strong Amy Paffrath and Drew Seeley toasted to each other with Easy’s staple Kimchi Bloody Mary cocktails.

“The constant goal through each of our concepts is to put a new twist on simple comfort food, from breakfast to deli sandwiches. We live in an era where storytelling has become everyone’s MO and dining is a huge part of our lives. I’m a believer that a unique experience doesn’t have to necessarily be expensive and over the top, so I want to give people something different to talk about without the high price tag,” says Owner Jeremy Fall. “I’ve always wanted to open a new age version of the classic diner and grew up in Los Angeles going to Beverly Center as a teenager, so this project has been very close to my heart.”
