For many years, the brand has produced a Limited Edition to celebrate one of Mexico’s most culturally relevant and emotional annual holidays – Dia de Muertos – a magical time when our dearly departed loved ones visit us here in the physical world from the other side. At Clase Azul México, our exquisite creations have always been inspired by the culture of our country. Sometimes this inspiration is translated into products, and sometimes into the creation of extraordinary experiences and spaces. Blue Class Destinations are spaces where Blue Class comes to life through unique experiences inspired by our Exquisite Mexico. A Taste of Culture is an experience designed for Blue Class La Terraza Los Cabos in which you will embark on a journey that will allow you to connect intimately with the culture and flavors of Mexico. In this experience with theatrical nuances, you will be able to taste five of our icons along with pairings created especially to highlight their tasting notes.
The Restaurant at Clase Azul La Terraza features exquisite Mexican cuisine created by Clase Azul México’s gastronomic team led by Creative Chef Iván Arias, whose concept arises from a desire to tell stories about La Baja through the creation of unique culinary delights. The Restaurant ensures that all ingredients are sourced regionally and supplied by farming and fishing workers’ alliances. Their menu has intricately designed meals for the perfect pairing with Clase Azul’s limited edition decanter including Corn Ceviche and Sikil Pak Sashimi which are options for the cold kitchen. They also have Tacos and Antojitos with options such as fish, shrimp, and steak tacos. In their smoke kitchen, their options include Grilled Octopus, and Blue Shrimp and Mole.
