Del Frisco’s Double Eagle Steakhouse Lands in Los Angeles

Angelinos are about to get a taste of New York’s busiest restaurant, Del Frisco’s Double Eagle Steakhouse, which is opening its doors to Los Angeles. The steakhouse scene is about to up its game with the grand opening of the stunning two-story flagship location that will be bringing its unmatched dining experience to Los Angeles.

The renowned, ultra-premium steakhouse has undergone a $15 million build-out with a keen focus on impeccable design. The 15,354 square-foot restaurant will bring guests back to the era of the 1920’s old Hollywood glamour in which the exclusive, lush, luxurious Hollywood lifestyle was seen as only attainable by a few but envied by many. The decor will bring diners back in time and have them feeling like they were actually sitting next to Bugsy Siegel. With its mysterious and glamorous Hollywood decor, guests will sip on cocktails and dine on signature items while choosing the vibe of their experience.

The coveted Frank Sinatra Room will take guests back to the Prohibition Era with a $2 million dollar wine list and over 10,000 labels. The drink menu is dedicated to numerous variations of the Manhattan cocktail and an entire page devoted to cognacs and single malt whiskeys. Cozy up on a tufted leather banquette in a dim lit corner while the guests enjoy restaurant’s classics items such as Manhattan-cut New York Strip, Creamed Spinach, Blue Cheese Lettuce Wedge, Seared Rare Wagyu Beef Carpaccio and Del’s famous Jumbo Lumb Crab Cake.

The main dining room pairs the elegance and tradition of the Del Frisco’s brand with a modern, energetic approach to hospitality. The sophisticated chophouse will feature decadent plates and swanky drinks to a glamorous crowd in a plush supper-club setting. With a private VIP entrance that allows for Hollywood A-listers to sneak in and out, the new Del Frisco’s Double Eagle Steakhouse will be the new home to the stars!

For the Grand Opening of the iconic steakhouse guests were greeted with signature Pomegranate Martini and Vodka-Infused Pineapple Martini cocktails. The evening exuded Hollywood’s sophistication as guests were wowed with an overflowing raw seafood extravaganza, filled with numerous delicacies from the menu and served signature menu items created by Executive Chef, Javier Fuentes including Del’s Jumbo Lump Crab Cake, Shellfish Plateau, Corndog Battered Lobster Tails and Oysters On The Half Shell.

Del Frisco’s Double Eagle Steakhouse will focus on the art of hospitality, fine dining cuisine, and a revered wine program, the Award-winning restaurant, overlooks Santa Monica Boulevard, creating an indoor/outdoor environment suited to the Los Angeles climate. Del Frisco’s Double Eagle Steakhouse Los Angeles will be open seven days a week serving lunch and dinner until 11:00 p.m. nightly and until 12:00 a.m. on the weekends.
